We carry our dreams in our rucksacks up the mountain of life. Sometimes we share our dreams, but more usually we carry them alone. They are fragile and need protecting. It is too easy for others to crush them. To sap our energy and our desire.
Each morning I look into the mirror and say to myself “it’s possible!”, “it’s possible!”
Are you following a path towards your dreams? Have you made a commitment to yourself? Can you see in your mind the kind of person you want to become?
Having a dream is hard. Life pushes back against you. The casual words of others make our dreams feel insignificant or out-of-reach. The labelling of others highlights our past failings and weaknesses.
I look into the mirror and say to myself “it’s possible!”, “it’s possible!”
I try something new. It doesn’t go well. I fall flat on my face. I get up and begin again. Trying a different approach. I ask for help and advice. I learn more about the challenge. I learn more about myself.
I look into the mirror and say to myself “it’s possible!”, “it’s possible!”
I carry on training. Learning. Teaching my team. Building towards our dream. We keep working together. Each day we walk towards our goal. Sometimes it gets closer. Sometimes it feels further away. But each day we keep walking towards it.
I look into the mirror and say to myself “it’s possible!”, “it’s possible!”
Long before anyone else believes in your dreams you must believe its possible. You must believe in yourself, that you can do it. You have to find the courage and the heart within you to make it a reality. Remember, we climb the mountain, not in giant leaps but one small step at a time.

Hi Luke, Just to let you know that Both Your Words and those of Jennifer Lindley resonated with me. I would only add that when I look in the mirror I now say “I’m Possible” as well as “It’s possible”.
Impossible no way ! Possible Absolutely !! I wish you continued success Luke.

Please continue to be inspired keep moving forward and disregard the negative comments, your products are great but unfortunately the green eyed monster jumps in from time to time! For a great nights sleep guys try the lavender hand and body lotion and reed defuser. Excellent!!
Hi Luke,
I have just watched an advert for a chemical foot skin softener. I think that your hand cream , which is the most amazing softener in the world would be great to use on feet as well. Give it a different name and sell it for feet as well. You are doing an amazing job. Keep the Dream going.
