WHO WE ARE
2021 marks our tenth anniversary, and we would like to take this opportunity to thank each of our amazing customers for your support.
We started small, selling handmade bars of soap at Greenwich market in 2011 and, with growing demand, opened a second stall in the beautiful Covent Garden. We left London for the rolling hills of Cheshire shortly after searching for more green and somewhere to expand our small business! We are now located on Gate Farm in Nantwich where we work hard hand making Home Fragrance and Skincare products in order to keep delivering happiness and wellbeing one box at a time!
Each of our products is treated with love, care and attention every step of the way. From the first time, we think of a new idea for a fragrance or product, to the making process, to its delicate, careful packing – right up to the moment your order is delivered to your door.
We would like to invite you into our world and see for yourself what happens at Valentte and how things are made.

SCENTS
All of our blends are carefully crafted by our co-founder Justina. The mesmerizing alchemy process starts by dropping one or two drops of selected essential oils in a tiny vial, warming it up in the palms of the hands and slowly shaking it to mix well and release the perfumery notes. Blending scents can’t be rushed, even a slight change in the recipe can alter the final blend. Just like every other perfumer, Justina relies on formulas to guide her as well as her nose – that never lies.
Most of our blends have been created more than ten years ago, in London, on a kitchen table. Over the years we made a few changes to improve our blends but most stayed untouched, originating from the first recipe.
HANDMADE
We are very proud to be continuing a tradition that was started ten years ago, and it is very much at the core of who we are. While these days we have the equipment to make the process more efficient, we still make everything by hand right here on our premises.
Making it in small batches at the time, we are able to oversee the process from start to finish and control the quality.
Each candle or a hand cream jar is lovingly made from scratch, and it represents us, and our values rooted nearly a decade ago – we are proud to be small makers, delivering craftsmanship and passion for what we do with every item.
INGREDIENTS
As with all treasured recipes, only we know what exactly goes into our products but be sure we use carefully selected high-grade ingredients for their well-known properties chosen explicitly by our co-founder Justina. We work closely with our suppliers who have been with us for years to ensure the quality of every order.
We have been using only natural ingredients from the day we started, and it is something we feel very strongly about and will never compromise.
Our scents are carefully blended from pure aromatherapy essential oils, and you can smell the difference. Just ask some of our trusted customers.
The richness and skin-repairing abilities of our balms and hand creams are purely down to the natural ingredients we use.
PREPARATION
To ensure the final product is as best as it can be, there is a lot that goes on behind the scenes consuming our time and knowledge. Each and every item in our range goes through a lot of testing to make sure we are happy with the quality. Working with natural ingredients, this is an essential step and not to be skipped. Ingredients will warry depending on the season they were harvested in, and their colour, smell, and texture could be slightly affected. Here at Valentte, we celebrate nature and the changes that it brings with every season.

TO SMELL BEAUTIFUL
We are aware of the danger to the skin and body of synthetic fragrances and perfumes widely used in cosmetics and toiletries and we would never compromise. This is our principle number one.

TO FEEL GOOD
Once water evaporates, feeling of a soft skin goes away as there is nothing else in moisturiser to hydrate the skin. We care about long lasting deep hydration to the skin. Naturally. That will never change. This is our principle number two.

TO LOOK GORGEOUS
We are so proud of what we create, we want to pass that feeling on to you or for you to pass it on to someone you love. This is our principle number three.
