I ordered after seeing an advert on Facebook. I received an email apologising for the fact that delivery wouldn’t be as quick as normal, due to large numbers of orders. It was good to be kept informed - good customer service - but actually I received my order within the expected time frame anyway. The candle has a really lovely fresh fragrance, and is really powerful without being overwhelming. I ordered gift boxes for Christmas presents, and they arrived beautifully packaged. So, I’m very happy with my order and will definitely be ordering again. Thank you!

I ordered the white neroli and lemon candle and diffuser and both smell lovely, I could smell them as soon as I opened the box and they add a great smell to my room but not too over powering. I also got some free samples which is a lovely touch to help me decide which scents to try next! My only complaint is the packaging is a ridiculous amount of paper for two products inside. I understand they don’t want them to get damaged enroute but there are definitely more environmentally friendly ways of doing this instead of sending a huge box crammed full of paper so giving 3 stars for this reason.

My daughter brought me a candle and difusser for Christmas. I can honestly say it has lasted so far over 7 weeks, everything I enter the room the smell is lovely, subtle but you are aware of it, love it and brought 2 more whilst on offer 🙂
