I can only say excellent customer service, great delivery & packaging & I’m sure it smells wonderful. I haven’t yet lit one but given one as a gift & individually boxed would have been even better

Absolutely beautiful scent. The defused last twice as long as other defused. Mine is in my hallway & it's such a beautiful, warm & welcoming smell when you enter the house. I'm going to order again with the candle & room mist. Everyone comments on the beautiful smell.

Good product nicely presented smells great I haven't lite it yet but by just smelling the was I am sure it will be good and also its a nice gift for anyone to receive. Arrived on time and it came as it was advertised.

I’m a Valentte virgin!! I have always bought and been given Jo Malone candles in the past and so when I was asked if I’d tried this brand I said no. So I thought I’d give them a try, what was to lose?
We’ll all I can say is… goodby by old candle brand, hello Valentte! These candles and fragrances are just beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised by the strength of the fragrance ve and it filled the room. Even my guests commented (I have passed on the website!!). I have now bought for friends to try too.
So for anyone who is in a similar position to the one I was in, go for it, you won’t be disappointed!

Lost count how many times I have ordered from Valentte but have just had two white neroli and lemon candles with a free diffuser. The diffuser wasn’t on my order form so I rang customer support and was told it would be added manually, which it was. Great customer service as usual. The scent of all are wonderful.

Absolutely gorgeous fragrance as is all that I have ordered up to now which is quite a few and so much so I’ve put my third order in today.

Beautiful packaged products and in addition the postage and delivery was within days.
