Wow this is strong. I found it a bit too much for my small flat as it perfumed every room. It’s a very strong lemony scent which upset the felines, but is definitely refreshing. While I personally found it too strong, I cannot express how impressed I was with Sarah in customer service. I called to explain the situation and she sent me another diffuser, free of charge, which she felt would suit my needs better. The box my order came in was so beautifully packaged.

I’ve tried so many reed diffusers over the years, but none except the very expensive ones come close to the ones I’ve bought from Valentte.
I just love the fresh fragrance of the lemongrass & rosemary! I have also bought candles in the same fragrance, again really good quality & lovely fragrance. They come so beautifully packaged perfect for a gift!

I love Lemon grass and Rosemary, in all products. My favourite, so far. I have been ordering from Valentte a few years now and never had any issues. Just received another order, containing a refill and this had leaked. I contacted V and they replied straight away and sent a replacement out by special delivery, the next day.
