I ordered 3 of these diffusers as part of the end of term teacher gifts. They arrived packaged in a beautiful box with 1 gift bag - because I mistakenly only ordered 1 gift bag. I phoned Valentte and the lady I spoke to was amazing. She agreed to send me the additional bags I needed so the gifts could be packaged separately. The lady sent them by DPD as I needed them within a few days (I called on Friday and needed them Tuesday) and she didn’t even charge me - what brilliant customer service, Thank you so much.
The scent is just so lovely and I actually want one for myself now!

I will most definitely be shopping with Valentte again .

I had not heard of this company until I Received this diffuser as a birthday gift along with a beautiful bunch of their flowers.
This diffuser smells divine and the scent totally fills a room unlike others and the scent does not fade but keeps its aroma as strong as the day I started to use it.
Very impressed with this product and will be signing up to the company to try other products.
