I don’t really buy diffusers as I have never found one that I can really smell up until now
The smell was all through the house and the smell was just amazing

A beautiful product - the fragrance fills the room and is very up lifting. This is the first time I have used this product so have no idea how long it will last. However I have the bottle opened ten days now and the fluid level hasn't moved so that's a good sign!
Suggestion .....please could you sell separately replacement sticks? I find once the sticks become saturated they do not emit the same powerful fragrance.
On another note - your packaging is amazing but my order rather selfishly was all for me! I felt so guilty throwing all those beautiful boxes away 🙁
Suggest maybe an option to tick a box to indicate gift boxes are required or not?

I’ve tried so many Reed diffusers over the years but this one is absolutely the best. I bought the lemongrass and rosemary at Cheltenham race course in March and I’ve only just replaced it. I have mine in the hall way and the scent can be smelt upstairs as well. It not overpowering and I only need to turn the reeds I eve per week. Thank you for a great product

This is one of my favourites - it’s perfect for a clean fresh smell wherever you need it.

I’ve used this brand for a few years now and Valentte is my ‘go to’ company for all my diffusers and candles etc. They are always such good value and last ages. I also appreciate the fact that they’re are not full of nasty chemicals!
