I bought 3 Reed diffusers after purchasing a box set a few years ago at a Christmas Fair and absolutely loving the scents. I was not disappointed as they smell wonderful and really liven up our rooms. Had a slight hitch with delivery as one had smashed and Valentte replied promptly and sent out a replacement quickly. Will definitely be ordering more in future.

My review is mixed as follows: The customer service was excellent and when I emailed to say that the 2 diffusers called Improve Your mood which both my mother and I had said were not as strong as previous purchases, we received 2 replacements (which we love). I ahve used Valentte for a few years and always been delighted with all products. I often give them as gifts as I can be confident that the recipient will be delighted. Valentte said that the Improve Your Mood was likely to be Cardamon which is why I have posted here.
