It was my second time ordering from you I just loved the products. I bought a gift box for a friend. I was very disappointed when it arrived. The tissue paper was all crumpled in the box (too much tissue paper) and hanging out on the side of box. The card to the person it was going too the spelling was all wrong. It looked like no care was taken when packing the box. Very disappointed had to buy some tissue paper and pack the items myself as I couldn’t give it the way it was. I know you were very busy as I got an email saying as much & apologised about the delay. You have beautiful products don’t let yourselves down with the packaging as this is just as important. x

I ordered this box for a Christmas present, but unfortunately I need to buy another one because I have used it for myself! I just couldn't resist. In fact I'll be ordering 2 more, for my mother and my mother in law for Christmas. Beautiful products and lovely packaging.

ordered the mix & match giftbox as a xmas gift, slight delay in delivery, but was kept upto date from company via email, when arrived product was nicely packaged, and it smells amazing. will buy from company again
