I am disappointed with my purchase as when the package arrived there was no reeds, when I raised it with customer service I was promised that a set will be posted to me but it's been over a week now and nothing has arrived. I thought I was going to treat myself during lockdown but am still waiting!

The best diffuser you can buy (honestly). Amazing fragrance which fills the whole room and surrounding areas. Since discovering Valentte at the Westminster Christmas fare I've used several of their products. - all amazing!
Can I also say I'm so impressed with the help I've received from Luke and his team when I've phoned the office. You've been so helpful on two occasions so thank you again. Keep doing what you're doing !

I came across this product at last year’s Southport Flower Show and it is one of the best I’ve bought. So many products smell great when you buy them but don’t live up to expectations when you get them home. Not this brand. So beautiful, long lasting and great value for money.

This is my mother and my favourite , so much so we decided to give it to my sister, together with other items and fragrances in the gift box, for her birthday. She loved it. The smell is so fresh and long lasting, when you open the room door it wafts around the house, lifting your spirits and making you take a deep breath and smile. Would highly recommend to anyone. Discovered it at a local show, have given it to my daughter when she went to University (No candles allowed so the room scent was great) Can be come addictive and you tend to buy one for yourself when you are gifting to others! Will be back for more.
