I am a new customer, but on the strength of this product alone will definitely be a repeat customer. This is a fresh, clean fragrance which even my husband who rarely notices such things has commented favourably on. I am impressed by the strength of the fragrance and pleased that it contains only natural essential oils. The quality is far superior to any other diffuser I have used.

I previously purchased the Lemongrass and Rosemary Reed Diffuser to help my daughter concentrate and keep fresh and alert whilst revising for her exams. I feel this really helped make a difference and it made the rest of the house smell great too. I recently ordered a gift box and decided to try the White Neroli and Lemon fragrance. I am glad I did as it is now my new favourite and the aroma is simply beautiful.

I love the Lemongrass & Rosemary diffuser, the smell fills up a room but it is not overpowering. The diffuser last approximately three months for me which is better than I have found with any other product. I would definitely recommend this product.

I love the lemon fragrance it makes the house smell fresh and clean, family members also commented on how much they liked it. The products are high quality and such good value. I first fell in love with Valentte, Lemongrass and Rosemary in particular at the Royal Highland Show 2019. I purchased some for myself at the time then replacements in November as well as several Christmas presents. This year i have decided to start my Christmas shopping early and have purchased several more as presents as well as new ones for myself.
The fragrance is amazing and better than anything i have tried, i have purchased some samples as well as a different fragrance but this will always be my favourite.
The service was fantastic recently, very quick and kept you up to date with regard to delivery and would def recommend.
On a minor negative ( and i mean MINOR) I was not as impressed with the new lables in the reed diffusers as i have been in the past, it will not stop me purchasing but i was happier with them last time.

I first found these products at a craft fair at Hampton Court and was so impressed with the scent, quality and price, I looked for Valentte at every craft fair I visited that year! I now buy online and my goods arrive in super quick time ( even in the middle of a pandemic) and are beautifully packaged. I love this scent as it is so fresh and long lasting! I now have diffusers, candles and have recently discovered the body cream and foot cream, both are amazing! A big staple in my home now.
