These are the best diffusers I have found. I normally buy them at the Highland Show and had run out because the Show was cancelled this year. I had a quick look at the old bottle and googled the name online and realised that I could buy everything I wanted this way. Wonderful. Quick, efficient and beautifully packaged.

I was delighted with my third mix and match gift box. The Lemongrass and Rosemary Reed Diffuser is an amazing smell and everytime you enter the room you can smell it. It's the best Diffuser that I have bought for a long time and this is certainly my favourite one. Will definitely be purchasing more .

I was recommended to Valentte by a friend and decided to purchase a gift box containing a Lemongrass and Rosemary, Patchouli and Eucalyptus Diffuser, also a Lime and Grapefruit wax candle, prior to wrapping it as a Xmas gift I opened the box and to my amazement I found that the two bottles containing the liquids were filled to different levels one was only half full and the other was well below the neck of the bottle, also the bottle tops were different , not the ideal present for a loved one had I not opened the box I dread to think what the recipient of the gift would have thought about me giving what looked like a partial used item as a gift, When I contacted the support team at Valentte I was advised that they had changed the bottle tops and somehow they were sent out not matching, on the variance on the liquids they stated that the bottles are filled with 100 ml minimum, but none of these bottles contained this amount, However i would have thought that any good system of packing and quality control would have seen the discrepancy and took the necessary steps to rectify prior to dispatch ??, I feel let down by the service offered back to me by the Support team when asked by them what I would like done next, in my opinion not very good customer relations and service from a company like Valentte

I was a little unsure about buying a product I couldn’t smell beforehand but was impressed with all the reviews about how gorgeous this smells so decided to try it. I was so glad I did. A wonderful fragrance which really lasts and smells luxurious. I will definitely be trying more Valentte products in the future!
