Absolutely love this diffuser. I used to pay double the price for my usual one. I'll be using Valentte products from now on. I've bought them for friends and family, they all agree that these products are second to none. Keep up the good work.

I "discovered" this fantastic diffusers in a local market, since them I cannot live without them.
The smell is fresh, not nasty artificials, is not overpowering just the perfect background and they last for months

Having bought a couple of boxes intending to gift them I loved them so much I decided to keep them! I ordered 4 more boxes a week or so ago but was disappointed to find the packaging wasn't quite as good. The boxes didn't close completely due to not been packaged quite right so I had to open three of them and remove some of the tissue from the base to create a flatter surface. The slightly elasticated ribbon which meant that it 'hugged' the box had been changed to a silky non-elasticated one which was loosely tied and was really difficult to tie back on! Fortunately I'd kept the old boxes and packaging so I was able to swop out two of the ribbons and my husband and I wrestled the other two back on and secured them with one-sided tape. I love the products, no doubt about that , but for a luxury brand I didn't expect to have to re-pack everything. Please bring back the old ribbon! Fortunately they were sent to me to give. I wouldn't have liked to think they would have been sent directly to my clients like that.
However, all is good now but I was slightly disappointed.
