First time I have l ordered from this company and hand on heart l am truly amazed at firstly the products and secondly the actual company. I messed up when ordering on line and sent an email to explain what I had done, purely my fault l might add and they got back straightaway even though it was after hours and promised to contact me in the morning, which they did first thing, they were very helpful and sorted the problem immediately, l was very happy when my reed diffusers came beautifully boxed and very quick delivery, they kept me informed about my delivery all the time, Lemongrass & Rosemary is fabulous and my home smells wonderful and White Neroli is lovely also. Just wow! The scent is amazing, my friend brought this for a birthday present for me back in February, it’s only just down to the last few drops now and the scent is just as strong. I have tried reed diffusers by Neom and Molton Brown and none of them lasted as long as this with the scent remaining so strong. I can’t say enough how good this product is and the hand cream of the same scent is amazing, a real treat and much more reasonable than the other two brands mentioned.
I have just ordered another one and the room spray which also smells amazing.
