Tried lots of products for dry cracked heels but this is the best ever, even after first use ! Applied a little each night, it’s non greasy and smells lovely. Will definately be the product to use from now on !

As a regular customer of valentine candles and gift boxes, I just had to try the cracked heel cream and boy oh boys I was not disappointed. Lovely cooling texture and above anything else, it actually works. Will be purchasing this again. You only need a small amount and will notice the difference almost immediately, thank you. I will certainly be purchasing this again.

I buy the cracked heel treatment for my husband who is diabetic. This is the only product we have found which keeps the cracks at bay but also heels them if he forgets to apply it for a while. Beautiful smell and so luxurious to use, I use it on chapped hands, cuticles and dry elbows and knees.

This is lovely to use, even after one application my heels felt so much better. The smell is delicate, but very pleasant.
I was given a gift box at Christmas and I looked at the other products online (especially as there was a sale on!)
I am delighted with everything I bought. I’ve just given a similar gift box to a friend for her birthday and I’m anxious to hear her verdict (I’m sure it’ll be great)

At first I was using too much product, you only need a small amount , it softened the hard skin within a few days , will last a long time , love this balm

I love this compact little jar. Once the product warms a little it really does an amazing job of softening the skin on your feet and heels, smells lovely too. It’s a keeper.

Besides the gorgeous smell which you get from all Valentte products, I was amazed how well and how quickly this product works. It is easy to apply, not greasy and almost immediate improvements can be seen.
