I initially dithered about buying from Valentte after finding their website whilst browsing for a birthday gift for a friend. I read all the positive 5 star reviews thinking they were too good to be true. How wrong was I! I can only repeat what others have said - from receiving the package it becomes a sensory experience, beautiful to look at even before opening it.It looks classy in its white simple box with the lovely ribbon.The smell hits you straight away. You open the box and continue to be delighted with how the products are packaged. There is nothing that I would change in how this product is presented to the customer. The scent is glorious and the shea butter after one application soothed my dry skin.No more dithering for me I have already ordered 3 more boxes for upcoming birthday and other occasions for friends.

I've had my bergamot & lemongrass diffuser for 2 weeks now although it smells lovely on my landing I'm a little disappointed it does not smell stronger. I have an open staircase into my small space living room & expected the fragrance to permeate into this space too but unfortunately, it does not.
I bought as a treat to myself & love the packaging it comes in. Maybe i just picked the wrong fragrance. I would definitely buy again to try out a different fragrance as I love that it uses natural aromatherapy oils and would absolutely purchase it as a gift as it has a luxury feel to it. Hoping I still get a coupon for a free candle of my choice for leaving a review 🙂

I bought the cardamom and nutmeg reed diffuser, refill bottle, room spray and fragrance oil for myself before Christmas. I had already received a sample of it in a previous order, so I knew I just had to order more products. It is such a gorgeous aroma -warm, comforting and even sexy! Perfect for the winter months and more, I have a diffuser in most rooms. I have bought peppermint and patchouli previously, but this is even better.
Your customer service and delivery are excellent. I was very impressed how quickly you exchanged a refill bottle which had been damaged in transit and consequently leaked leaked through the packaging-but what a lovely aroma everywhere!
