Ordered the Lemongrass & Rosemary diffuser plus a refill as it had really positive reviews! (Also I love Lemon). All arrived beautifully packed and presented.
For a good couple of days I was turning the reeds in the hope it might stimulate more scent. Yes, the Lemon was certainly noticeable, but the Rosemary seemed to be drowned out by the Lemon. Such a pity as I had such high hopes!
Valentte were absolutely amazing when I mentioned my thoughts, and immediately offered another scent foc. Not only have they sent another diffuser but also included 3 different scent samples..Cannot praise this Customer Service highly enough. Valentte is absolutely a keeper for future purchases.

I was visiting my mother in law for the weekend and she recommended Valennte to me. When I went into the room we were staying in, the scent filled the room, it was beautiful. I went straight onto the website and ordered 3 different scents and I love them all. I then decided to order some for my friend as a birthday present as the presentation is lovely. It's the perfect gift for someone. I will be continually purchasing these diffusers, and candles because I love them!
I also purchased the foot heel balm which is fabulous! Smells divine and works a treat!
I'm looking forward to filling up my collection from Valentte and also gifting the box sets to many of my friends and family.
