I love these products, I have been a fan for a long time. I normally try to find them at craft fairs and that sort of thing. Have had many of the reed diffusers which make the room smell amazing. I also love the hand wash which is moisturising and smells great even when hands dry again, but super amazing with the hand cream as well. This time I bought this mix and match set and got a room spray as well and it is lovely. The sets are really great value (especially at the moment) and they come so beautifully packaged. Love these products. This pure shea butter is wonderful and is now also being used by my adult son who suffers with bad eczema on his hands, finely found a cream that helps. I first discovered them at Burghley Horse Trials last year. My favourite fragrance is the Lemongrass and Rosemary closely followed by the White Neroli and Lemon, they smell amazing, just love using them.

I first fell in love with Valentte, Lemongrass and Rosemary in particular at the Royal Highland Show 2019. I purchased some for myself at the time then replacements in November as well as several Christmas presents. This year i have decided to start my Christmas shopping early and have purchased several more as presents as well as new ones for myself.
The fragrance is amazing and better than anything i have tried, i have purchased some samples as well as a different fragrance but this will always be my favourite.
The service was fantastic recently, very quick and kept you up to date with regard to delivery and would def recommend.
On a minor negative ( and i mean MINOR) I was not as impressed with the new lables in the reed diffusers as i have been in the past, it will not stop me purchasing but i was happier with them last time.

I love this candle and also the reed diffuser in the same scent that I bought. I light this candle each night in my conservatory and it smell divine and after over a week it’s hardly burnt down at all. I can’t recommend Valentte enough. I’ve been buying candles and reed diffusers for years and even the more expensive ones don’t smell as strong or last as long as these do. Excellent, I’m so impressed.

I absolutely love it: the rich texture, the smell, how it absorbs and doesn't leave my hands greasy, but rather nourished. I first found these products at a craft fair at Hampton Court and was so impressed with the scent, quality and price, I looked for Valentte at every craft fair I visited that year! I now buy online and my goods arrive in super quick time ( even in the middle of a pandemic) and are beautifully packaged. I love this scent as it is so fresh and long lasting! I now have diffusers, candles and have recently discovered the body cream and foot cream, both are amazing! A big staple in my home now.

I have been a customer for nearly two years and absolutely love the product HOWEVER I have just received my latest purchase and the new packaging is extremely poor. I was so disappointed with all the packaging from the new labels, which were not even well stuck to the glass, down to the white tissue paper. I'm not sure I would want to give as a gift anymore as they now look quite cheap. Such a shame. I only hope the actual products smell as wonderful as they use to.

This is the second time I have purchased the hand wash in this scent. It really is a beautiful hand wash and the smell lingers in the bathroom for a long time afterwards. Such a thick cream that gradually soaked into my hands and left them beautifully soft, wonderful with all the handwashing we have to do at the moment! Will have to do another order!
