Although I have been a fan of the reed diffusers and candles for a few years, this the first time I have tried the soap. Absolutely beautiful product, the smell lingered on my hands and left them feeling soft and fresh. Packaging is subtle and will look good in any bathroom. A real hit with me, I will buy again.

I have this white neroli and lemon scent in my hall. It is so fresh and welcoming to arrive home to . My friends love it also and cannot believe how long it has lasted still giving the same strength of fragrance . I was bought the original of this as a Christmas gift and like it so much that I can’t imagine not having this lovely fragrance as I come through my front door. I feel it is excellent value as it lasts so much longer than any other similar products I have used in the past .
There was a problem with the delivery due to the delivery company but I was very impressed and pleased with the customer service I received from Valentte. They could not have been more helpful . I would definitely recommend both the product and the company .

After having previously bought gift boxes as gifts I thought I’d treat myself to one! I chose this mix and match box as I wanted high quality hand care products (due to the current Covid-19 situation my hands are suffering slightly from all the hand washing). I chose a hand wash, a hand cream and a Cardamon and Nutmeg candle - this was in the hope that the fragrance would be more ‘manly’ so that my husband wouldn’t object to it as he does some scented candles! I can report that not only doesn’t he object to it but he has actually commented on how much he likes it - good result!!

I chose this hand wash as part of a gift box - I hadn’t tried any Valentte hand wash or this fragrance before. The hand wash is very nice - very gentle and does not dry out my skin (very important at the moment as we’re all washing our hands a great deal!) and the fragrance is just lovely - not overpowering, but light and citrusy and uplifting. I would definitely recommend it.

I didn't think of buying the hand cream as I like those in tube but bottle. However, after I tried it which came as a gift of my order, I can't wait to place an order for a full size one! Firstly I ordered my free samples. I fell in love with all of them (lavander, lemongrass and rosemary, jasmine), so it was really difficult to choose the best scent for my shea butter. I decided to purchase the pure shea butter as my skin is extra dry, especially my legs and arms due to skin condition. Just received my pure shea butter and it is truly amazing! After application I could feel the moisturising effect all day. Once I showed this shea butter to my partner and he tried it, he ordered one of the gift boxes right away! First bought the lemongrass and rosemary reed diffusers when at Burghley Horse Trials and absolutely love them. Makes the rooms smell divine. Always look out for the Valentte stall at events such as Olympia and Crufts so will miss seeing them over the next few months but ordering via the website is easy and any orders arrive beautifully packaged and promptly. Just lit the candle that came as a free gift with my latest order and that is also lovely.

The room mist is lavender which I use on my pillow to help me drift of to sleep..The diffuser I've put in the bathroom is lime and grapefruit it's so refreshing, the other one is in living room and it's my favourite it's uplifting lemongrass and rosemary !! I have been using the Lemongrass and Rosemary Reed Diffusers for several years now. I was first introduced to them at the Ideal Home Show in London. Anyone new to visiting my home will ask what the loverly scent is wafting around.

I cannot say enough about this companys products and the quality of them all although my favourite returning purchases is always lemon grass and rosemary , I have purchased defuser/ candle products from all of the best top companies and paid lots of pennies but they dont come close to the quality of Valentte products so would recommend all the ranges available as Valentte kindly allowed free samples so tried other fragrances and wasn't disappointed... so thank you Luke and justina in making these very sad times a little bit positive, with your passion for quality goods that are affordable to all.
