The Lemongrass and Rosemary Reed Diffuser offers a lovely fragrance in my lounge. The beautiful aroma fills the room and lasts right to the very end. I have replaced it with a refill of the same fragance and so it continues giving me a beautiful aroma all the time. Nice idea. Products smaller than I imagined. You can smell these fragrances when you open the shipping packaging. Unfortunately for me, I really really dislike the smells and I bought them as a gift. I know the receiver isn’t going to like it either. I thought I’d give it a go as rituals was out of stock of the one I wanted to buy. I wish I had just waited/ gone to their shop. I love strong fragrances but these are way too over powering and do not smell nice at all.

The packaging is beautiful and the smell and quality are really wonderful . It is an added bonus that with the lovely little gift bags you can split the box into more than one present.
I have bought one to split and am about to buy one for myself because they are too good not to keep. The customer service is extremely good too, when the courier company mislaid my parcel they sorted it very quickly and were really pleasant to deal with.
