The smell of the Lemongrass was very nice as well, as soon as I opened the box. Will now definitely be ordering some more products including some room mists. I'm sorry to say I have to agree with some other reviewers regarding the fact that this diffuser doesn't have a good throw. I can only smell it when I am right next to it. I'm disappointed as some reviewers said it filled the whole room. I do know that sweet orange is not as strong as other oils, but I thought it would be strong with 3 other oils in it.
However, I appreciated the samples and have already placed another order for a family member, plus 3 other items for myself - Jasmine and Rosewood, and Lemongrass and rosemary.
Customer service is very good. Luke replied to my email enquiries very quickly.

These diffusers give out a fantastic smell and I just love this uplifting Neroli & Lemon fragrance. I still have a diffuser from over a year ago and it has lasted this long and not lost its smell. In my experience, most other types of diffusers run out after a few weeks!

Its easy to see why tgese are so highly rated with so many reviews. in terms of buying the products, it works out cheaper to buy a gift box than individual products. I have sampled 7 different products from Valentte and can assure you that theyre all superb quality. Each candle has a strong but not overpowering scent with excellent longevity. The reed diffusers are excellent also with similar qualities in regard to their smell. They gently fill a room with a pleasant scent that I personally haven't been able to match.

Obviously the smells are all different and I cant comment on what everybody would like so its definitely worth getting some samples to try them out before you buy if youre nervous.
