You may just want to arrange for the outer packaging to be reduced as your distributor used an excessive amount of packaging. However, the pretty white box with the ribbon you parcel it up in with my other goods was perfect.

I love the product itself, it smells amazing and absorbs to the right degree. It leaves my skin feeling moisturised, smelling great, but not greasy or oily.
The only issue was the pump dispenser doesn’t dispense the product so well. It pumps twice the needs to be left to reset almost.
It took some doing to get it come through the first time.
The other concern was the amount of packaging the gift box came in was excessive and wasteful. The gift box itself was fine, though the box that was put in was too much.

A friend had bought me the diffuser as a gift and I loved it. The fragrance is lovely and refreshing. The aroma is not overpowering and reminds me of being in a Spa - very relaxing. So had no hesitation in ordering refills - 4 bottles to be exact. I took the advantage of 50% off in the sale. Highly recommend this product and will certainly be looking to try out more. I discovered Valentte at Badminton Horse trials a couple of years ago and have bought several products from them since. The gift box is a great and well priced product. Beautifully packaged I ordered originally for a friend but ended up keeping for myself and have ordered several more since. The lemon grass candle is my favourite with long lasting scent which makes the home smell beautiful. I also rate the body scrub as it smells divine and leaves the skin silky smooth. Some people may think it’s a little too oily but I like that as you just have to stir it a bit before you use it In the shower as the salt settles. I will keep buying and trying from Valentte and suggest you do to. Delivery is quick and I like the fact I’m supporting a local business not too far from where I live.

My whole house is studded with Valentte candles - a mixture of White Neroli and Lemon, and Lemongrass and Rosemary. However, I do like a lavender candle in the bedroom, lockdown is not conducive to sleep for me! So I light this while I read and find it really relaxing. The fragrance is strong and natural smelling, no synthetics here. I have to also compliment Valentte on their customer service. First time ever that a candle arrived broken, and they replaced it without any drama whatsoever. Thank you!
