I ordered the white neroli and lemon candle and diffuser and both smell lovely, I could smell them as soon as I opened the box and they add a great smell to my room but not too over powering. I also got some free samples which is a lovely touch to help me decide which scents to try next! My only complaint is the packaging is a ridiculous amount of paper for two products inside. I understand they don’t want them to get damaged enroute but there are definitely more environmentally friendly ways of doing this instead of sending a huge box crammed full of paper so giving 3 stars for this reason.

Love this candle. It is slow burning and the fragrance is beautiful and really lasts. I can smell it for hours after it’s been used. I love the freshness and quality of this hand wash. It leaves my hands feeling soft too and helps because I always forget to moisturise! This is lovely. It makes the room smell so fresh. I actually bought it as a present but had to send for some for myself. I first bought this product at a Country Living Fair some years ago. Of course they are not taking place now so looked on line. I'm not brilliant at online shopping but this site is really easy. Will definitely be buying more.

I would just like to thank you for the very high quality products you sell. Over the past 2 years I have bought a number of items and have been delighted with all. Your soy candles burn beautifully and the scent lasts throughout the life of the candle. The diffuser oil – my favourite is lemongrass and rosemary – is lovely and the scent lasts for weeks. I have also used the hand wash regularly which has a lovely texture and doesn’t dry out your hands. Definitely recommended!
Finally, your packaging makes me feel I am buying high quality products, even when your prices are so reasonable.

I discovered Valentte by chance on Facebook. I don’t usually buy home fragrances online but the reviews on this company and the products they sell were just amazing. I have not been disappointed, infact, I now only buy my home fragrance from Valentte . My favourite is patchouli and eucalyptus, the fragrance is just lovely and second to that lemongrass and rosemary.
I have now branched out to the skincare range.
The hand cream is the best I have ever used. It is not greasy but very moisturising, I love it. Finally I will give my review on the cracked heel balm. I had tried many heel reams and this is the best yet . It also lasts for ages, you will not be disappointed.
Since I found Valentte, I must have become their best customer. Nothing is a problem . They are so nice to deal with and any problems are dealt with immediately.
I can only sing their praises and as I said their products are amazing.

This is a beautiful candle! Love it! Not my first purchase from Valentte but first of this scent. It originally arrived, unfortunately, with the glass holder smashed. However, having emailed to let them know, I received a replacement very quickly. This is an excellent company with high quality products. I particularly love the candles as they burn evenly with a long lasting scent that you can still smell the next day in a large room. Reed diffusers are fabulous too!
