Saw this offer on Facebook and originally couldn’t order the free candle but once I got in touch with customer service this was rectified with no problems. I ordered the lemongrass and rosemary gift box and chose the white neroli and lemon as my free candle. In my opinion the lemongrass and rosemary has a cleaner fresher smell and the room spray fragrance seems to stay in air much longer than any other room sprays I have had. I have yet to burn the candles but no doubt they will be excellent. I did think that ordering blindly without testing any fragrances would be a gamble but from reading the reviews, one I was willing to take. I will be ordering again for gifts. With the products being on special offer, it makes them an excellent competitive price against any luxury candles or diffusers. Ordering and delivery was quick and efficient. Very pleased with my products.

I have to say I am a little disappointed. The candle is a lot smaller than I assumed and it does seem to burn down really quickly. Also as the wick is not in the centre it burns unevenly leaving wax around the edge of the glass giving even less burning time. Bit of a shame really as the fragrance is beautiful.

I found this amazing fragrance via a link that came up on my phone. I looked at reviews and saw the amazing products and thought id give it a go! I decided to get the lemongrass and rosemary which smells absolutely amazing! I have the reeds by my front door and candle in the living room and spray my car with the spray. I suffer from depression and find it really lifts my mood. I would like to try them all now and order some for friends birthdays. The products are truly wonderful the best candles I've ever used!

1st time ordering and I bought this as part of a mixed set. The reviews were excellent so I had high expectations for this. Sadly I couldn't smell this at all. I turned the reeds and moved it to a smaller room and still couldn't smell it. I did contact customer services and they were excellent and quick to help put this right. Might have just been unlucky with this one. The way customer services responded was very much appreciated. Will take a chance and maybe try again with this product in the future.

I ordered this for my daughter and partner who have been renovating their house for the past year. Coming to an end now but everywhere smells of paint. They want a fresh clean smell when they move back in so I thought the Lemongrass and Rosemary gift box would be just the thing. Despite my ordering over the Easter bank holiday the beautifully packaged box arrived within a couple of days. Really disappointed with repeat experience
I bough a box with three diffusers last month and wrote a 5 star review as it came quickly, beautifully packaged and lovely scents. I loved it so much I decided to by a gift for my daughter in law which I received quickly but it wasn’t nicely gift packaged like the first (which wasn't even a gift) and the fragrances are of a very different quality and don’t diffuse to the room. The only way to smell the geranium one is to literally stick your nose into the bottle. Such a shame so won’t be ordering a third time.
