Had a little blip with a broken candle holder on one delivery, staff were so helpful and friendly and a replacement arrived the very next day.

I came across Valenette on facebook and I am totally impressed. The packaging is great (for a gift) and the quality of the essential oils is amazing, you can tell as you light the candle you can smell it the whole time it's burning and not just at the beginning. I'd like to try the Lavender.
