I bought two gift boxes of white Neroli and lemon and have one to my daughter in law. She'd just come home from a week in hospital and was delighted when she opened the box describing it as reminding her of a spa day experience. I was also delighted as I got a free diffuser to replace my first one that had run out, by the way it had lasted months and the aroma it gives my lounge and halfway is so delicious.

When this arrived I was excited to see how it scented the house having read great reviews.
I was disappointed!I had received an invitation to leave feedback but I was not going to give negative feedback as I support new UK businesses but felt I could not lie just for a free gift.
However!I put it in the bedroom and a few days later,wow,the bedroom smells of sweet orange scent,on a warm summer day I can imagine being in an stranger with fruits delicately avenging the air.
So,if like me,you couldn't smell it straight away,please give it a day or so and you will be delighted with your aromatic home.

After a lot of dithering, eventually I picked the white neroli gift box , for a present for a special friend. When it arrived the smell in the box was amazing , and it only got better !! The Reed diffuser which was sent as a free item , I kept for myself. The aroma is wonderful , and it lasts and lasts ! People who come in , comment on the lovely smell !!
The whole process from ordering to receiving was first class !!
I did have a small problem, and the customer care was amazing ! The problem was solved instantly. They were both very professional and very caring. I have just received my second gift box and it is just as good as the first one. I selected a different fragrance this time and I wasn’t disappointed. This is the first time that I have purchased a diffuser that actually does what it says it does. The Lavender one is now nearly finished and the smell is as strong as it was when it was first opened. I use it in a room where we have a small puppy and as soon as the room door is opened, the only smell that is evident is the diffuser. Absolutely excellent. Delivery was really fast. I cannot fault the service at all.

I discovered Valentte through social media. The advert looked very appealing so I thought I'd give it a try. I bought 3 boxes, one for myself and one each for my daughters in law. This is my second candle and also got a diffuser this time, the smell is amazing and you can smell it before you open the box. Also it’s not like some candles that loose the smell as it goes down, it still smells right to the finish.

Very impressed by how subtle but effective the rosemary and lemongrass diffuser is. Bought to balance the air from kitchen to living room after cooking and this does a nice job.
