I first found these products at a craft fair at Hampton Court and was so impressed with the scent, quality and price, I looked for Valentte at every craft fair I visited that year! I now buy online and my goods arrive in super quick time ( even in the middle of a pandemic) and are beautifully packaged. I love this scent as it is so fresh and long lasting! I now have diffusers, candles and have recently discovered the body cream and foot cream, both are amazing! A big staple in my home now.

I have been a customer for nearly two years and absolutely love the product HOWEVER I have just received my latest purchase and the new packaging is extremely poor. I was so disappointed with all the packaging from the new labels, which were not even well stuck to the glass, down to the white tissue paper. I'm not sure I would want to give as a gift anymore as they now look quite cheap. Such a shame. I only hope the actual products smell as wonderful as they use to.

This is the second time I have purchased the hand wash in this scent. It really is a beautiful hand wash and the smell lingers in the bathroom for a long time afterwards. I've purchased many products from this site. All have been good quality and well packaged. I had a problem with one order recently but it was promptly rectified by Andy at the office in Nantwich.

Discovered Valentte on Facebook, sent for some free samples and then bought a gift pack. When it arrived there was a sample of the Lemongrass and Rosemary handcream - wow! Such a thick cream that gradually soaked into my hands and left them beautifully soft, wonderful with all the handwashing we have to do at the moment! Will have to do another order!
