My first Valentte order was for myself, I saw a Facebook post and read the fabulous reviews and ordered a mix of the Lemon and Rosemary products during lockdown as I wasn't happy with my usual diffusers.
Both the diffusers and room mist are gorgeous and so long lasting, way better than my previous preferred diffusers.

So disappointed with this hand cream. I thought it would have a strong smell like the lemongrass and rosemary one, but I can't smell anything. As I hadn't used it I emailed Valentte Customer Support about returning it but to-date have had no reply. I emailed them first on 12th August, then chased them on 19th August and 3rd September - It is now 15th September and still no response. I have spent €122 to-date with this company and they don't have the decency to reply to my emails. FEEL REALLY LET DOWN 🙁

Have treated myself to a mix and match gift box with 3 products after discovering this company on Facebook. I ordered two diffusers and a room spray all lemongrass and rosemary. They arrived beautifully packaged with a lovely message from the founders on the lid. I have not been disappointed with the scent and they all look elegant . I discovered this lovely company on facebook. The products are lovely, they arrived within a couple of days, beautifully packaged and well presented. The fragrances are wonderful and long lasting. The creams are rich and a little goes a long way. I loved the offer for a free reed diffuser, as a purveyor of spicy incensey type fragrances the Patchouli and Eucalyptus is right up my street. Am really looking forward to my next shower to try the Lemongrass and Rosemary scrub. What's not to like? Highly recommend.
