Cannot praise the company high enough,ordered a reed diffuser from Valentte and when it came there was hardly any aroma coming from it,When i contacted the company they apologised and sent out another Reed Diffuser right away. I would give this more than 'perfect' if allowed! This is the nicest diffuser I have ever bought - the fragrance is wonderful, and really effective. I have it in the bathroom and it's a real treat just going in the room! Definitely would recommend (in fact, a few of my friends have bought them since coming to my house and smelling them)

This smells lovely, but unfortunately you can only smell it if you are literally inches away from it. I'm glad it wasn't my first purchase, as I wouldn't have ordered anything else . I've tried it in various locations around my home, but cannot smell it at all. I've turned the reed sticks sometimes 3 or 4 times a day, but still nothing! Maybe the room mist is better, but that's obviously only a quick fix. I also have Lemongrass and Rosemary, and Verbena and Peppermint diffusers, and they are lush!
