I had an issue with this candle at first, it didn’t light well and had split. Customer service were great - gave advice on what the issue was and how to best use their candles. Sent a replacement no problem, and this replacement one is lovely. A gorgeous ‘wintery’ smell, I just wish they did the skincare range in this fragrance !!

Beautifully presented. Haven’t opened yet as they are Christmas presents, however the free scents were lovely. The lemongrass was the strongest and very lemony . The free hand wash made my hands feel soft and it equally smelt nice.
