Received my candle last week and left it unlit on my dinning table. The smell was all through the room. When I lit it I was delighted that the smell was even stronger and I could smell it at my front door. It has also burnt evenly the whole way through . Best facebook find ever

1st time ordering and I bought this as part of a mixed set. The reviews were excellent so I had high expectations for this. Sadly I couldn't smell this at all. I turned the reeds and moved it to a smaller room and still couldn't smell it. I did contact customer services and they were excellent and quick to help put this right. Might have just been unlucky with this one. The way customer services responded was very much appreciated. Will take a chance and maybe try again with this product in the future.

I ordered this for my daughter and partner who have been renovating their house for the past year. Coming to an end now but everywhere smells of paint. They want a fresh clean smell when they move back in so I thought the Lemongrass and Rosemary gift box would be just the thing. Despite my ordering over the Easter bank holiday the beautifully packaged box arrived within a couple of days. It smells absolutely amazing and they are loving it and can't wait to get back in and enjoy properly.

Really disappointed with repeat experience
I bough a box with three diffusers last month and wrote a 5 star review as it came quickly, beautifully packaged and lovely scents. I loved it so much I decided to by a gift for my daughter in law which I received quickly but it wasn’t nicely gift packaged like the first (which wasn't even a gift) and the fragrances are of a very different quality and don’t diffuse to the room. The only way to smell the geranium one is to literally stick your nose into the bottle. Such a shame so won’t be ordering a third time.
